What business needs led you to engage with NexNow?
Medicus IT has been on an aggressive growth path and executed three acquisitions in 2019. We needed the ability to merge ConnectWise Manage data from the acquired managed service providers (MSPs) into our database. NexNow had the tools and expertise to help us execute those merges.

Our partnership with NexNow has resulted in three very successful merges in 2019. All were free of any issues and the project was completed on-time as scheduled.
Can you share specifically how NexNow helped you reach your goals?
NexNow worked very closely with us to assure the data mapping yielded the desired results. They also provided several test merges prior to each production merge. They were prompt to address any issues that occurred during testing and made the necessary adjustments.
How has working with NexNow made your job and/or work life easier?
We did not have the time to create all the tools and scripts to merge the data ourselves and we would not have been able to maintain our desired growth without the expertise of NexNow.
