Meet Our New ConnectWise Gurus
Here’s an overview of what they’ve both achieved in their careers thus far and the kind of skills they’ll be bringing to NexNow:
Nathan Dufault, ConnectWise Guru
Nathan joins us from Seattle Washington, where he’s worked with Brad Benner in one form or another since 2008. After graduating from University of Washington, Nathan joined X-BAR as a service engineer before it became part of Arterian. At Arterian, Nathan was passionate about optimizing service delivery, which his dual role as Service Manager and ConnectWise Admin helped him achieve. His MSP background gives him the skillset to come up with ideal solutions for business problems using built-in ConnectWise tools, DeskDirector, third-party integrations, or back-end automation and reporting. When he’s not busy optimizing ConnectWise, Nathan enjoys brewing and drinking excellent beer and riding his bicycle to make up for said drinking.
Sean Rosenberger, ConnectWise Reporting and Data Master
Sean has been in the industry for 20 years, with a vast breadth of experience in support, program management, and development gained from companies like AT&T, Avanade and Microsoft as well as Arterian on the MSP side. During his time with Arterian, Sean developed an extensive portfolio of reports and real-time dashboards based on both ConnectWise and LabTech data. He also spent a considerable amount of time improving performance, implementing AlwaysOn High Availability to provide separation between production and reporting, and was one of the first to move the company’s entire ConnectWise and LabTech infrastructure into Azure. He lives with his wife, two crazy children, and a 90-pound, 14-year-old puppy outside of Woodinville, Washington.
